Payments
Prices don’t include GST — this will be added to your invoice. If you’d like a full balance before paying, just call us.
Payments can be made by bank transfer. A deposit secures your booking, and we offer weekly or monthly instalments.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a party, we reserve your theme and date just for you — this means we turn away other bookings. If you cancel last‑minute, a fee will apply.
We’re a small business and will always try to help, but our cancellation policy is:
- Outside 30 days — 10% of invoice
- 7–30 days — 50% of invoice
- 1–7 days
